Ricky,
The website is great. I have know Ricky for three years now and the education he has given me is outstanding even though I only see him once a year. If he can do that well once a year I would recommend any of his classes to anyone.

I am a retired canine handler and I moved to Alabama where I became a trainer with Ricky from January 2000 until May of 2003 when I moved to Florida.
I have seen other methods of dog training and by far Ricky has one of the best curriculums that you could send an officer thru. Your officer comes out of class very knowledgeble about dogs and the handling of dogs. Each dog is a direct reflection on him and he will only send out a quality product. Ricky's course is not easy in the classroom or field but is necessary for a quality team.
I can't say enough about the quality of dogs Ricky sends out, his straight forward approach, and the love he has for his dogs.
I know when I worked there and still today our reward was to hear back from the students about their narcotic, explosive or crimianl apprehensions that they made with their partners.
If your department wants a dog that will do the work and make your department proud I suggest you purchase your dog from A.C.L.E.O.T.C..
I have nothing but high regards for Ricky and the job he does.

Hope to come back up and assist you again this Fall.

ACLECTC is a tested and found to be the best all around school for canine instruction. Ricky Farly is a incredible wealth of knowledge. I have been a explosive detection canine handler for 8yrs now and have the comfort of knowing I have been taught by the best. I have also handled narcotics detector dogs on a limited bases, and Mr. Farly was there to get me to where i needed to be to do the job. There is no question for this handler which school is the best for a real canine education. Ricky Farly is a great instructor who cares about his product that he puts out. His knowledge on canine's is second nature and not jsut from a book reading stand point. He is well versed in all the latest and knows what works and what doesn't. He is open to new ideas and shares with his student. I just can't say enough about the wonderful product this school puts out. Well done Ricky Farly. :grin

We have had Ricky out to Idaho for 4 years now for our annual Spring Training Seminar. His savy for K-9 training is hard to beat. The dogs that his company produces are of the highest quality I have seen. I would recommend him to anyone, anywhere, anytime. See ya next year Ricky!

I finished training with my new drug dog. Between Ricky and Mark Story (student instructor) I learned alot about the dogs. This is my second dog from this school and my department's 6th dog from here. They are good and we keep going back to him. Ricky just to let you know since late April we have found enough drugs to pay for Chico (renamed Cheeto) and that is just in crack houses with no interstate or highway work. :grin :grin :grin :grin
